Cancellation Policy

Before placing your order for shipment, one of our customer care executives will call you for order confirmation. You can choose to confirm or cancel your order with them over IVR call. Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on care@thequincompany.com or WhatsApp your order details to us at +91-9311443744.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund for prepaid orders shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Money Back Guarantee:

Providing you relief from problems is our priority. We offer a full money-back guarantee on the products bought from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund within 60 days of your purchase.

Please keep in mind the following pointers while applying for moneyback:

  • The Money-back guarantee claims must be received within 30 days from the initial date of order. You can process the MBG via the WhatsApp (+91-9311443744) or email your order details at care@thequincompany.com
  • You must retain the receipt of purchase or order ID in order to be eligible for the refund. A user is entitled to claim moneyback/refund within 30 days of purchase of date of order, any requests received after the period shall be deemed void.
  • For all return requests, the customer will be required to ship the used product to the company headquarters at: N1/806, Jaypee Aman Sector 151, Noida (201310) within 45 days from date of order. Upon receiving and validating the product, the company will initiate a refund to buyer's bank account as provided.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount for all products. The Quin Co. reserves right to retain the shipping charges paid by customer (whether inclusive or exclusive in product price at the time of purchasing).
  • For all orders placed on Cash on Delivery, we do not offer refund in cash. A customer will be required to share their bank details in order to get a refund.
  • Whenever there is a request from a customer for honoring the Company Moneyback Guarantee, the Quin executive shall offer to the customer the choice of:
    • Full refund of the purchase price paid (Excluding shipping costs)
    • Exchange with the same or another product of equivalent value. 
  • If your return is approved, we would immediately initiate your refund towards the bank details provided and will also notify you about the same.
  • Money Back Return Policy applies as a full refund within 30 days for all first time purchasers of any Quin Co products. 

This policy is only valid for online purchases of product via www.thequincompany.com. If you have purchased the product from any other website or portal, it will be subject to their return/refund policy.

 

Refund Policy

The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the product unless:

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of an incorrect product being shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on care@thequincompany.com

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, The Quin Co. will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.



Insurance

The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.
